March

The Winter is almost over and the first signs of Spring all around!

I love this time of year, getting to plant new plants, the Camellias filled with buds and the daffodils bursting into bloom. What was hiding during the winter is slowly coming into new growth

I have been keeping busy over the winter months with hard landscaping, tree work, maintenance and building raised planter boxes etc. It is slowly picking up a gear getting busier with the better weather.

At this time of year its good to tidy beds, get an early weeding session in and mulch. Better to get ahead of the game!

St Patricks day is the best day to plant your Potatoes they will be ready for the end of July, sow peas and lettuce under Cloches!

Take a Sunday walk around your garden and plan what needs changing! As always keeping feeding the wild birds, they are a delight to watch over breakfast!

Happy gardening!
